Project Manager - Health System Improvement

Location: Nuagaon Block, Sundargarh District (Field-based position)

Job Overview

We are looking for a passionate and proactive Fundraising & Outreach Executive to support our mission by building strong relationships, increasing donor engagement, and driving fundraising campaigns. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a strong interest in social impact.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute fundraising strategies and campaigns
Identify and connect with potential donors, sponsors, and partners
Build and maintain long-term relationships with supporters
Plan and coordinate outreach activities, events, and awareness campaigns
Manage online fundraising platforms and donation drives
Collaborate with the marketing team for social media and email campaigns
Prepare reports on fundraising performance and donor engagement

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in any field (preferred)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of digital marketing / social media
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Passion for social work and community development

Preferred Skills

Experience in fundraising, sales, or outreach (preferred but not mandatory)
Knowledge of CRM tools or email marketing platforms
Creative thinking and problem-solving skills
