With a view to reduce dependence on paddy and promote climate\u2011resilient agriculture, WOSCA mobilized farmers and communities in Saharpada Block to diversify into pulses, oilseeds, vegetables, maize, and millets. Through irrigation support, farmer training, demonstrations, digital advisories, and exposure visits, farmers were capacitated to adopt sustainable practices.<\/p>

Women\u2019s SHGs were engaged in kitchen gardening, seed banks, and group farming, while storytelling and cooking competitions promoted nutrition and awareness. Farmers improved soil health, water use efficiency, and diversified income sources. Women gained leadership in farming and seed management, communities embraced climate\u2011resilient crops, and barren lands were transformed into productive harvests. The initiative turned climate adaptation into community ownership and food security.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
