Odisha PVTG empowerment and livelihood improvement project (OPELIP) is implemented in Banspal Block covering 6500 families for integrated agriculture.

WOSCA has successfully implemented the Odisha PVTG Empowerment and Livelihood Improvement project in 54 PVTG villages of Banspal block of Keonjhar district, Odisha covering 2005 PVTG juanga families to empower tribal communities through a bottom‑up planning and convergence development approach. The programme placed grassroots institutions at the center, ensuring community ownership and trust. 54 village development commitees have been streigned, 884 SHGs have been linked with different income generation activities, 2460 acres of waste land of PVTG people have been converted to productive land through land development measures.
