Community Nutrition and Survival Support Programme

Reaching the unreached, this programme restores hope and health among the Juang community -PVTG through nutrition, water, and livelihood support.

Implemented in six villages — Maragola, Turungi, Baunar, Badjimei, Dangadhar, and Lipindi — the initiative addresses chronic undernutrition, poor healthcare access, and exclusion from basic entitlements. Daily nutritious meals are provided to children, pregnant women, and lactating mothers; dug wells ensure safe water; health and eye camps strengthen care; and emergency referrals safeguard lives. Families are supported with kitchen gardens, social security, and essential documentation, while Poshan Sathi workers are trained to improve service delivery. Special provisions in Badjimei extend food and essentials to children, elderly, widows, and differently abled persons.

This initiative is visualized as a pathway toward a healthier, more resilient future for Juang families, ensuring survival with dignity and progress toward sustainable well‑being.
