This program has emphasized community forest management, land and water management, sustainable agriculture, food and livelihood security and strengthened the capacities of the community people on natural resource management. With the support of ITDA, Keonjhar WOSCA as an FNGO is facilitating this program in seven blocks, namely, Ghatgaon, Harichandanpur, Patna, Saharpada, Banspal, Telkoi and Sadar block of Keonjhar District. Through this program farmers are benefited by doing intercropping that has increased their income level. Women are empowered through various need-based training, institution building and SHGs are also promoted. Through Mission Jeveika program and welfare activities many villages and blocks are sustained by doing many livelihood intervention works like vegetable cultivation, agricultural activities, and back yard poultry work.
