To enhance the quality of life for working women, WOSCA operates the DMF-ASMITA Working Women’s Hostel in Satasinga, Baniapat, Keonjhar district. This 50-bed facility provides a safe, secure, and conveniently located accommodation for women employed away from their hometowns, ensuring dignity, protection, and community inclusion.

Key Offerings & Services

Safe & Comfortable Accommodation: Designed to meet the needs of working women, widows, and separated women, the hostel fosters an enabling environment for personal and professional growth.

Nutritious Meals & Daily Support: Residents receive healthy meals twice a day, along with tea and snacks every morning and evening, ensuring well-being and nourishment.

 Day Care Services (Creche): Providing childcare support to both residents and local working women, ensuring that mothers can focus on their careers with peace of mind.
