As education gives people development opportunities, health gives people support for their wellbeing. Without good health, no quality education can be achieved in rural intervention areas. Rural populations not only experience greater mortality and morbidity but also encounter health care disparities which are defined as difference in access to medical facilities and service simultaneously education also suffers a lot. The learner-educator ratio is quite inappropriate.

Hence some measures are taken to by WOSCA to address health and education issues though Maternity Waiting Home, Creche, Tribal Empowerment through SHA, and providing quality education to tribal children through joyful learning and nutrition support.
