We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Project Manager to lead transformative health system improvement initiatives in the rural Nuagaon Block of Sundargarh District. The selected candidate will play a pivotal role in strengthening primary healthcare infrastructure by transforming PHCs (Primary Health Centers) and Subcenters to enhance service delivery and community health outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the transformation and strengthening of PHCs and Subcenters in Nuagaon Block
Develop and implement health system improvement strategies and action plans
Coordinate with district health authorities, local government bodies, and community stakeholders
Work closely with frontline health workers including ASHAs, ANMs, and Anganwadi workers
Design and conduct capacity-building trainings for frontline health workers
Monitor project implementation, track progress, and ensure achievement of health indicators
Prepare comprehensive project documentation, reports, and progress updates
Manage project resources, budgets, and timelines effectively
Ensure quality standards and compliance with healthcare protocols
Required Qualifications & Experience
Minimum 3 years of professional experience in NGO or CSR projects in the health sector
Strong knowledge of health system management and public health frameworks
Proven experience working with ASHA, ANM, and Anganwadi worker networks
Excellent documentation and reporting skills
Training and capacity-building experience with frontline health workers
