Access to Quality Education

In partnership with WOSCA, SBI Life has been instrumental in supporting the Star Academy Learning Centre, dedicated to providing quality educational support to underprivileged children. This initiative, launched in 2022, aims to address the educational needs of 120 children aged 3-12 years, who have either never been enrolled in or have dropped out of the formal education system. Through this collaboration, we focus on enhancing age-appropriate learning levels and successfully integrating these children into reputable elementary schools. The program also emphasizes the importance of child health by providing nutritious meals, increasing school attendance by creating an engaging learning environment, and ensuring academic retention to reduce dropout rates. By addressing the unique challenges faced by these children and their communities, this initiative is helping to build a brighter future through quality education and holistic development. Additionally, the inclusion of children with Cerebral Palsy (CP) has been a key aspect of this initiative. Tailored activities and regular physiotherapy sessions have been integrated into the curriculum to support their unique needs. This comprehensive approach ensures that CP children receive the necessary support for their physical and educational development, enabling them to thrive alongside their peers.
